As part of the continuous efforts of Al-Quloub Al-Rahima International Association to provide clean water to underprivileged communities in Africa, an artesian well project was completed in Fankoui Village – Niger, funded by Al-Sayer Charitable Foundation and implemented by the Humanitarian Relief Association.
The well has a depth of 130 meters, with a capacity of 10,000 cubic liters, and is equipped with a modern pump and a stainless-steel elevated water tank featuring a ladder and protective canopy.
Completed in 2023, the project has provided a sustainable and safe source of drinking water for the villagers, who previously suffered from distant and unsafe water sources. The well has eased the burden on women and children, reduced waterborne diseases, and improved the overall quality of life in the community.
