As part of Al-Quloub Al-Rahima International Association’s ongoing projects to provide clean and safe drinking water across Africa, the Mubarak Nasser Al-Sayer artesian well was completed in Dari Village – Niger in 2022.
The well reaches a depth of 120 meters with a capacity of 10,000 cubic liters, and is equipped with 12 solar panels with full accessories, 8 water taps, and a trough for livestock. The project was generously funded by Al-Sayer Charitable Foundation and supervised by the Development Organization for Community Service.
This project aims to provide a sustainable and clean source of water for the villagers who suffered from water scarcity and difficulty in accessing safe water. It has significantly improved daily life, reduced the spread of waterborne diseases, and eased the burden on women and children in their search for water
