As part of its ongoing efforts to support underprivileged communities and provide sustainable sources of clean water in Africa, Al-Qulub Al-Rahimah International Association implemented an artesian well project in the Republic of Niger in 2023, generously funded by Al-Sayer Charitable Foundation and supervised by Humanitarian Relief Association, to serve the residents of Kali Beta village and surrounding areas.
The project aims to meet the community’s basic water needs and improve daily living conditions by drilling a well to a depth of 95 meters, equipped with a rust-resistant steel tank with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters, an electric pump powered by solar energy supported by 12 solar panels, 8 water taps, and a trough for watering livestock to ensure continuous and sustainable water supply
